Tim wasn't just trying to sell us a house. He often would point out issues that we missed which helped us find a house ended up being happy with. He went out of his way, was available on short notice and overall was more than we had hoped for. He had knowledge of the houses and explained some of the items in depth to us - not being from MI, some items we had never seen - sump pumps, attics, etc. He had knowledge of local builders, etc. Overall I don't think you can find a better realtor. Tim has been great to work with! He's really easy to talk to and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Tim is very understanding and very knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids area.
