Helped us work with the selling bank, kept at it for over 6 months after the initial offer was submitted and finally we got the house! It was worth the wait too! He definitely knew the area and listened to what we wanted and found something that met our needs. However, once we dove into the actual nitty gritty stuff there were many bumps and hiccups. Some were out of his control, but I feel that others he could have taken care of, but didn't. At times I felt as though I was doing the work that he should have been regarding scheduling inspections/surveys/etc. He got a little lazy toward the end of our deal and was not very responsive as he was in the begining. He should have been though, because the deal isn't final until we sign on the dotted line. He also made us follow our contract agreement (as we should, since it is a CONTRACT), but when it came to the sellers he danced around for them because I think he didn't want to have to deal with it or deal with their realtor. However, as our agent, is that not his job? Would I recommend him again? Maybe Would I personally use him again? No Less
