very helpful. helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a home and not just showing us any old home . pam was also very courteous and responsive. we felt as if she was always on top of our process of buying our home. highly recommend

Pam helped me my wife and our daughter find the perfect home for our situation. We wanted a good neighborhood, a bigger house that needed a little work (so we got more for our money just needed to put some time in it beofre moving), and we wanted someone more like friend instead of just a business partner. Pam did all these things. She listened to all our concerns, took us to see the same house some 3 or 4 times, called so many agencies to help us through different obstacles, and was just there for us. I would contact Pam if I were to sell or buy another property. I could contact her and she was available when I needed to see properties. We worked in the dead of winter and closed on a blizzard, but she was there.

I met Pam when I looked at a model home shortly after my husband passed away and I realized it was going to be necessary for me to downsize from my larger home and lot. Not only was she knowledgeable, professional and helpful, she was also very friendly and kind to me and we seemed to "hit it off" immediately. Ultimately I had a new home built in the area and both Pam and the other realtor who worked on the project have been wonderful to me and I now consider them as friends!
