winston has great knowledge of the WPB eastern areas. i am looking or a single fam home, good lot size, no HOA. winson communicates well, always avail by phone or eamil, explains all options, with so many short sales winsoton works endless wiht the agents and bank. still have not found my dream house, made some offers, only to fall apart. i look forward to viewing more props this weekend. jd
