Phillip was able to direct us to the neighborhoods that would give us the most for our money while keeping us informed of the pros and cons of each area. Additionally, he still showed patience in our need to investigate other locations (just to be sure!). When the market proved to be hotter than expected he was willing and able to take us to see houses during the weekday and weeknight with little notice. His use of the most up to date technology made signing paperwork a breeze. My husband was able to sign the paperwork while out of the country and finally get us our house! With the market picking up and all houses receiving multiple offers this speed and convenience is important. His experience in the Denver area also helped in regards to recommendations for other services such as home inspection and even the lender we ended up using, which again helped speed a very stressful process along. Philip helped me find and purchase my first house. This can be quite a scary process, but Philip made it easy and I got a great deal on a great home in the perfect location.
