Monk did everything we asked and did it quickly. He was thorough in letting us know what to do to sell our home and what was expected of us. He had our home listed in one day and it sold the next.

Monk helped me buy a 4-plex in Las Vegas. It was a bank owned property and he was very efficient in working with the bank that held the property and we closed escrow in 30 days.
