From the initial contact on line, Patty was "our" agent. She was prompt and knowledgable about all aspects of her job. She sent info and followed up on it. She showed us houses that met our needs and when we found our house, she was right there helping us find inspection people and negotiating with the owners representitive. Patty listed our home and did newspaper ads and a video of our house. It was a 30 day listing to encourage a buyer who showed interest in our home. The interested buyer wanted to offer so much less , we declined. However, six months later another buyer looking in our area, saw the video and came with his realtor and made an offer of full price and pay the closing cost. Two weeks before the closing date, this buyer came down with a brain tumor and had to forgo the ernest money and wait until he has treatment. Maybe down the road they will return, when he recovers. Patty was very helpful in finding a home for my mother-in-law when she moved to Boise,Id. from Hermiston,Or. where she had lived for over 30yrs. the move was very stressful to her she is 83yrs. old & a recent widow.
