After accepting a new job in Salt Lake City but before moving from Maryland In 2002, I and my wife decided we wanted to build a house in the Park City area because we had always wanted to live in the mountains. Dave sold a lot for us several years ago that had been listed for several years, in a very short time, Also he has assisted us on several occasions with the sale of my daughters home in Heber that did not result in any profit for him,as an advisor.
