This was my first time buying a home and I cannot express enough how happy things turned out. I randomly clicked on Home Experts Realty and another buyer's agent through Zillow and Marty got back to me VERY quickly. Throughout the home buying process, I would say that communication would be Marty's biggest strength, especially when some of my offers weren't getting a response from seller's agent. He writes very detailed e-mails and always provided an answer to my first-time home buyer questions (which are a TON). Last thing I would highlight is that he saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs based on his vast knowledge of banks in the area. Right after we fired one realtor, we went to an open house and found Christina. We were very impressed, as she went the extra mile for the seller and added real value for them. Met with Ray about houses in Dayton. Relocating to the area with my wife; we are interested in starter homes. Ray is very knowledgable about the area and has helped us hone down our search. Felt like we were in good hands.

Marty is very easy to work with. He is always very responsive and finds me the houses that i am looking for. He is great for an investor type buyer.

Met Pat Corle at an open house she held. She was terrifically informative. Very responsive to to all my questions. Any time I called her following the open house she called me back in a very short time. Outstandingly gracious lady. I would remmend her company Home Experts Realty to all my friends and associates.

Christiana Edwards was contact agent. Emailed company and agent called back within 1/2 hr. Agent knew area and had extensive knowledge about the subdivision and the sales price history on the house. Agent also had significant knowledge ref pros and cons about how the house rooms were laid out and advantages of the area, the home owners association and a phone number if I wanted to contact a person who lived in the development.

Responded weeks later, after initial inquiry. So much time had passed that I was no longer interested in the particular property. In addition, I told one person who called me that they had waited too long, and somebody different called me the next day to try to help and I had to tell them AGAIN that I was no longer interested due to their slow response time.

I can't say enough about Marty and Home Experts. He was easy to work with with great communication. He helped negotiate offers even while I was traveling for work. He also got $10K off asking price! Thanks Marty!

Took the time to view several homes while paying close attention to items we detailed in a prospective house. Showings where prompt and inciteful. Proactive with information regarding the local markets and past sales in each of the different areas to assist with any potential offer. It was nice to hear that any concerns he had with any of the properties was pointed out and discussed. Roof, AC, Appliances and so on. Highly recommend!
