I have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years, and my recent experience with Rob puts him far and above the rest. We are relocating from the Washington DC area to the San Antonio area. I basically knew where we wanted to live, and I found Rob through Zillow. We were debating between buying land and building, buying land with an existing home and building, or buying an existing home. I would travel to San Antonio for work about once a month, and met with Rob each time. He had my wife's list of "requirements" for each category, then the listing numbers we gave him. Rob worked tirelessly to arrange viewings to work around my travel schedule. When we finally did find the house and land we wanted, Rob assisted us with the negotiations based upon his personal and intimate knowledge of the Texas Hill country. Once the contract was issued and accepted Rob was able to direct me to a local lender who quickly got approval, which is no small feat considering I still have a home in the DC metro area, my VA loan is tied up with the DC house, and I was going through the Texas Veterans Land Board for loan backing. Had Rob not had the relationship he did with that lender, we probably would not have been able to close on the home as quickly as we did. Rob is authentic Texan, genuine in his concern for his clients, is well respected in the Comal County business and government establishments, and I can honestly say he cares for his clients as both clients as well as friends! Rob maybe my father but he is also a realtor that i have recommended to several close friends with great reviews every time. We are in the process of selling my house and he is always honest about what needs to be done to get the best price. He is always ethical, above board and honest in his dealing withs me and the people we are dealing with on both ends of buying and selling. Rob listed my house after surveying the area and determining a fair selling price. I had a contract in 2 weeks and closed 2 weeks later with a cash sale. He was very professional about answering all of my questions and actually saved me money when the buyer decided he wanted a current survey. Also got it surveyed in 2 days just in time for closing. He was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone in the real estate market, either buying or selling.

Rob did an excellent job for us. He was extremely knowledgable of the various types of land and specific areas of the hill country. He was extremely helpful in showing us different types of land and homes so we could make an informed decision on just the property we wanted. In addition, he was extremely helpful in obtaining the necessary inspections and even helped us find people to perform certain work on our property.
