When first contacting Dawn she immediately connected us with a loan officer to get us prequalified. Within a week we were out looking for a home. We were on a time frame due to the fact my husband was being medically discharged from the Navy and we had to be out of housing. She explained that the homes we were looking at were short sales and that the time frame was going to be long. She was able to set up an arrangement for us to rent a property short term. My husband and I found Dawn Lewis & Shylia Alarcon of "New Dawn Realty" through a referral from a friend who had recently purchased a home with Dawn's help. We were renting a home and our lease was due to end in about 4 months when we began our search. I was unsure if we would be able to find a home within our short time frame that we had. I gave Dawn a call and she quickly got us started on the right track to finding our dream home. Dawn had us meet immediately with a great Lender who quickly pre-qualified us for our home purchase.
