Crystal was very professional and on time for our appointment. She was even able to show me homes at last minute notice thanks to her mobile accessories she had with her. Communicates well with email and texts. Due to me having a small child she provided information on schools in the area. She has a passion for this business. Her staff was very helpful also. I highly recommend her!

Crystal was very detail and attentive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable about the market and provided me with real estate advice that benefits my family. She also is a great manager of time which I had very little extra time. Because of her skills, the stress of looking for a new home quickly faded. Crystal EXCEEDED my expectations in customer service and provided me with a WOW! exerience. I would recommend her to others for sure.

She was very unresponsive. She failed to return calls after my first conversation with her, despite my interest in buying several homes in cash. Do yourself a favor and find another agent.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the attention given by Crystal Hardison and the results obtained. She was always promptly on time, every time, and was available throughout the day when we had questions. Agent Hardison sent lists and updated us on listed properties, she was patient and informative during the showings that she lead us on. We viewed numerous properties and she provided needed data on school districts, highways, and offer expectations and timing.

Very professional and willing to answer all questions promptly, even late at night. Shows up to properties prior to my arrival. Gives information for inspectors and things needed for home purchases.

She sends me daily updates in the areas of & price range of my interest. She has also gone with me for many viewings of properties, and has extensive knowledge & expertise to assist with several offers & purchases of property. She is prompt to respond and her staff is also courteous and helpful.

Attempted to call but voice mail was full. This hould *never* happen - especially in a profession that lives and dies by phone contact. No excuse.

Crystal did write back 2 times & right on time ... but it was cryptic short little texty notes. I responded and asked for her advice. We will see if she can get me in to some houses next week. More later.

Mainly she ignored me, sent me one house listing and a link to her morning coffee site. Never checked back, didn't bother to put me on an automated email list to send available house or anything like that. This was the second time I tried to work with her, the first time I got no response whatever.
