Glenn was great! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Glenn was always prompt and prepared. The home we purchased was actually one we'd contacted a different realtor, who took several days to reply us, about viewing. After two days of no response, I remembered receiving general listing emails from Glenn, so I contacted him. He responded with in the hour! In addition to his promptness, he is very flexible with time and meeting places, and has a list of business contacts to assist with insurance, inspections, lenders etc. Once we found our home he negotiated a purchase price well under the sellers asking price. Unfortunately, we hit some bumps in the road when it came to the way the lender handled us and our process (this lender was not one of Glenn's recommendations), this made our closing a horrible experience. However, Glenn was there to pick up the pieces! He went above and beyond for us. Throughout our process he gave us great advice, and even some DIY fix it tips. A few weeks after we closed he contacted us to follow up. He genuinely cares about his clients, is very professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend Glenn Davis. We were looking for a home 3 hours away from where we live. He knew the area we were looking in and directed us to areas that met are criteria. He was always available for us when coming from 3 hours away to look at homes, and we were able to do most paperwork online. He was very prompt when returning calls/emails.
