Words cannot come close to express how impressed with and incredibly grateful I am to Miriam. She never ceases to amaze me with all her knowledge and one on one attention she always gave us. She helped us to sell our first home which was very emotional but she always seemed to calm our emotions. She fought really hard to get us a great price for our home. Miriam is my real estate hero. She helped us buy our dream home for $45,000 less then it appraised for. She was great at negotiating prices, and making sure that the contract was always in our best interest. She gave us tons of information on each home we were looking at so that we could make an informed decision. We went to see the home over a dozen times, and she was always available to show it to us.
