Rich is excellent about quickly sizing up what you want as a buyer. He doesn't waste any time showing property that is not appropriate. He calls as soon as something interesting is listed. Rich is extremely reliable, and he responds to questions quickly, accurately, and helpfully. I could make any real estate agent (or anyone else for that matter) pull their hair out, but Rich still has all of his hair! He is extremely kind and patient.
