SHE's THE BEST!! Since Oct. 2011 my husband and I were looking for a house to retire in; over 8 mos. we looked from Hollywood to Palm Beach. Having approval on a no-money-down VA loan we talked to 3 realtors and put 4 contracts in - which fell thru to "CASH BUYERS;" they were stealing our dreams. By mid-April, I was too stressed and had given up resigned to renting until the market improved. The other realtors seemed to be showing us houses they wanted to sell rather than listening to what WE were looking for. We didn't want to just buy a house....we were trying to find our "home." Disappointed I got online to Zillow and started reading realtor reviews to find "satisfied" customers with GOOD experiences rather than running around just looking at houses. After reading Carla's reviews I was ready to give ONE more realtor a chance before totally giving up. Having to short sale our home was a very difficult decision but Carla made the process smooth and painless. She went above & beyond in every way to ensure our satisfaction resulting in a prompt, successful transaction. She truly cares about her clients.

My situation called for fast action, to say the least. I was to begin a new job in a month and had to move to the West Palm Beach area quickly. I began searching for homes online and sending the MLS numbers to Carla. She quickly researched the properties and let me know if they were still available. After a few days of seeking homes online, I flew to Florida on a Friday evening and met with Carla the following Saturday. She picked me up at my hotel and drove me to all the homes on the list. We looked at 18 houses that day -- narrowing it down to two. Carla was so helpful in sorting-out the pros and cons with each property - realistically. There were many things I did not know about the area or the houses in Florida. The information that Carla provided helped me to chose the best home. She also helped me with securing an insurance provider and a lender. Following the whirl-wind day of home shopping, Carla drew up the contracts late that evening and submitted them on Sunday. I was on my way back to Texas on Sunday, but knew everything would be taken care of with Carla handling the offer.
