Dan is a pleasure to work with buying and selling homes. From suggestions for minor updates that made my house look great, to a reasonable sale price and multiple open house dates, Dan was actively bringing buyers into the house even through the holidays. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting superior service. I have purchased over a dozen homes in the past 20 years and have never experienced the full extent of what an agent can do for you, until I hired Dan to market my home in Brookfield, in 2010; a terrible year for a stubborn seller that needed a top price. Dan gave me several ideas, directed me to reasonably priced, contractors. He then suggested renting, in which he was able to secure a solid rent, with excellent long term tenants. When the time is right for me to sell again, he will get the listing. I then spent the next year trying to purchase a place in Chicago, going through about five different agents, occasionally having Dan show me comparable things in his areas. Wanting to be in Chicago, I finally purchased a place, but told Dan he just had to be my agent in Chicago from now on out.. He has secured me two contracts in less than a month of working together.
