Darren is incredible. He was patient with us and aggressive with the agents we negotiated with. We were very particular about only wanting to buy in 1 of 2 different areas. Other agents we talked to told us that we had to broaden our search or we would not get a house. When we told other agents that we were not in a hurry, but were not willing to budge on the area and style house we wanted, they lost interest and became unresponsive. Darren, however, listened and understood that we intended to buy a long term home and it had to be as near to perfect as possible. He patiently showed us as many houses as we wanted to see, put in offers on everything we liked and kept us informed every step of the way. In this time, we found two different places I was interested in buying. The first was a short sale and after several months of working, I finally dropped out of the process.
