We first met Keith Henderson November, 2011 when we were visiting friends in the Lakeland area. He showed us a few homes during our short stay. We returned to Ohio to sell our home. We contacted Keith via email, prior to our permanent move to Florida in August, 2012. He responded quickly to our email request for current listings in age 55+ communities near Lakeland. Call him, he sounded very nice on the phone. Said he would call me right back but never did. Then I sent a message through Zillow.com and, again, never contacted me. I went to the original listing website, wrote an e-mail and they e-mailed back within 3 hours, now THAT"S Service!

We contacted Keith thru Zillow while searching for a condo in Kissimmee and it turned into a great experience. We were in FL on vacation and were just beginning the process of looking at properties. Shortly after writing to Keith we talked about what we were looking for and our options. He compiled a list of condos and we were on our way to our future winter home. He helped give us information on different areas around Kissimmee and Orlando, and we knew that we were working with a different type of realtor, he earned our trust very fast. To make a long story short, we found a condo that we loved and Keith took care of everything while we were back in Michigan.
