Kyle helped us with the price negotiations. He walked the home with us to help find any deficiencies. Kyle even attended the closing. Kyle did a great job arranging meetings. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Kyle was very helpful. I started the process while I was in Colorado. Kyle got all the forms to me via E-mail and went out of his way to get the form from USPS when USPS didn't deliver them like they should have. When it was time for earnest money extension he made a trip to get it. The title had a flaw in it and Kyle and his staff helped in fact they found the record so we could proceed. I myself never met Kyle.. But can say he has gone above and beyond the normal, I was living in NC and looking to buy in Manor TX. When the first home we wanted fell thru he sent me listings from the area to look at online, Once I found one I liked he came out on the weekend and showed it to my husband and Aunt. He was there thru every step. H kept the lawn cut for us till we moved in delivered the keys to the Aunt after closing. Once we moved in we had issues with the home warranty company. Kyle was there for us whenever we needed him. He never acted annoyed or bothered by our desire to see multiple poperties on the same day. He returned calls promptly, met us as soon as possible and was available to answer any and all questions we had.
