Working with Vav made our first time home buying experience a great one! He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain things that, as first time buyers, we were clueless about. He was always willing to work around our schedules and was easy to contact and get prompt responses from. We selected Vav to sell our townhome after he had provided us with information about a newly constructed townhome that we were considering to purchase. Vav helped me get into a property for a year n we finally closed in March, he was very helpful n answeered all of the questions without delay, he knows his values on houses n has great relationships with the banks n inspectors. I would definitely recommend vav to all of my friends :-)

We were under a difficult time table to purchase a fixer upper for our college son. Vav was extremely dedicated to meeting the time table with the right property. Vav was able to show us a property that both my wife and I agreed on within 15 minutes of viewing. We closed on time and are very pleased with our property and Vav's professional service.
