He collected money from my relative for 9 years and they always had to pay extra due to them not getting the rent, which in my opinion he had to be pocketing the money. we had a huge mold problem with the house, and there was leak coming from the 2nd floor shower that he never fixed. He sent people to patch it up, but it always came back. He sent somebody that was actually honest and said they would fix it, but kevin told them just to patch it up. In the end he had took so much of our money, made me sick from the mold, and kicked my relative out that is 65 years of age out of the house and only gave us less then two months to find a house. DO NOT HIRE HIM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! We ended up firing Mr. Clark due to his deplorable service in the listing of our $170K house. From the beginning, it was very hard to communicate with him as he rarely returns phone calls, emails, etc. He has NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER and his lack of concern shows everywhere.When asked to do something (such as change the listing price in MLS), it would take up to a week for him to fulfill the request.Advertising a property is critical for it reach out to all possible buyers & achieve sale (as well as other factors obviously but advertising is key).Mr. Clark has a VERY limited advertising network which HURT US TREMENDOUSLY.
