We sent inquiries to several realtors and hers was the only response that was not "canned" but genuine. We talked with 2 others, but Kim was by far the most knowledgable and unassuming. We met, researched and toured homes with Kim. I have to be honest: I was sold when she disagreed with me on a property. Most realtors would not say "You are wrong and here's why..." They just nod and agree with you. We ended up making an offer on one property that fell through and the next offer on a property stuck. there were some "bumps" in the process, which Kim went above and beyond to smooth out. I can?t say enough about Kim?s knowledge of the real estate market and purchase process. She has excellent communication skills and takes the time to understand her clients? needs. Kim spent many hours showing me land, helping me with the design of my new home and the selection of a builder. She was always responsive to my questions and offered great suggestions when I had difficulty making decisions on design details. Kim also sold my other home for me. Although it was a distance from the area that Kim usually covers, she had many showings. She was very effective at communicating and negotiating with prospective buyers and sold the house within a few months of listing it. I don?t think I would have survived the process of building a home and selling another home without Kim. Kim has represented me in a sale as well as a purchase of a home. She had very good knowledge of the listings and the area. When I had questions Kim was able and willing to get the answers. Her hard work made it a pleasure to work with her and would highly recommend her in a listing

We were able to close on the house all via the Internet. Kim made herself available for a relative to inspect the home, and was very helpful in getting answers from the homeowners for me. I would have liked to have known a little more about Clark Shores Association, but I'm figuring it out.
