He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was a first-time buyer, I had general questions about the process of buying that he was able to answer for me and make it easy to understand. Once we figured out what price range I felt comfortable with and what area I'd be interested in looking, he set up an appointment for me to meet with Lisa. Lisa was wonderful! She was timely and never late for a showing. She paid close attention to the details of what i was looking for in a house, which saved us time by not looking at houses I wasn't interested in. Given my limited price range, she understood that I wanted the best house I could get for my money and she did just that! We looked at many houses together and what I liked most about this experience was that I never felt pushed to make my decision one way or another. She offered her opinion when needed and was honest.
