Robyn Jones was incredible to work with. My home buying experience was at a time when homes were selling in less than 24 hours. Robyn kept me positive and was always available so we could get in fast and find the perfect fit for me!

We started working with Robyn's assistant in October of 2012. Most of our correspondence was with her assistance because apparently she handles a pretty high volume, perhaps if we were purchasing a more expensive home she might have worked with us directly. After a few minor hiccups, being left out of the loop and not knowing where we were on our deal, her assistant actually did a pretty good job of keeping us informed of any changes. After waiting around for 4 months without hearing a word, my wife and I decided to walk away from the deal. We contacted the title company about removing our offer and asked how we can go about getting our earnest money back. We were informed that we need a form from our realtor, signed by all parties to have the earnest money returned to us. When I contacted Robyn's assistant, on 4 separate occasions, we were told that the form still hasn't been signed by the seller. The property is currently under contract by another buyer, yet we've been hung out to dry and wait for any release. It's already been 6 weeks since our initial request, and we have no clue how much longer it's gonna be. Two years ago we had to relocate to Dallas for my husband's job. The housing market was not doing well and selling was not an option. In August of 2010, my husband and I decided to rent out our home in Richmond, Texas. We rented it for a year on our own with some difficulties. We decided we needed help. My husband's co-worker recommended Robyn Jones. We called and met with Robyn and her team. We were impressed by her knowledge and honesty. We agreed to let her handle everything through property management starting in August of 2011. Robyn is not only a Realtor and property manager but also a real estate attorney. It was a GREAT decision to work with Robyn Jones and her team because everything was handled professionally. In June of this year, we were informed that the tenant would not be renewing the lease. My husband and I had been watching the housing market and felt that maybe we should put the house up for sale. We discussed selling vs. renting with Robyn. We decided that if no legitimate offers came within a set amount of time that we would continue renting with Robyn as our property manager. Since we are out of town, Robyn and her staff monitored the situation in Richmond. When the tenants moved out she let us know what repairs needed to be done. This gave us a chance to plan accordingly and get the house ready to put on the market. Once all repairs were made the house was only on the market for approximately two months. With Robyn's help, we were getting five showings or more a week. By Labor Day weekend we had four offers!! Robyn was very patient and thorough in our home search! She took the time to give us information about the different areas we were interested in (her website is full of great information) and sent us daily updates on homes that fit our criteria. She and her team took the time to show us every home we wanted to see until we found our perfect home!

I attempted to contact said realtor. I was emailed and told I would be contacted to set up some showings. After four days I was then called by her "assistant". I was told I would be contacted by her to confirm certain showings...never heard from either her or her assistant after that. Clearly they were not interested in helping. Can't recommend someone that doesn't show initiative.

Robyn as been exceptional, she has all the marketing tools you would need to get your home rented or sold quickly. She's always accessible and was the best realtor I've ever had. Definitely would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

When we moved to TX, Robyn was meticulous in finding us the perfect house to meet our needs. She advised us to get a preapproval for a loan. The day before we moved out of our house in GA, she called while on vacation to tell us she had found a house, since it was a foreclosure we had to moved fast. She put an offer in for us that day. She called the next day to tell us there was another buyer. She advised us to put in our best and final offer. As the van was leaving we received a call that the bank had accepted our offer, we had to close in two weeks. We didn't think it was possible to close so fast. Since we took her advice to get preapproved and the fact that she worked with the mortgage broker, we were able to make it happen. Two weeks later the house was ours. She recommended the house inspector, landscaper & other contractors that could help us get the house up to par. The day we closed the first contractor started working on the house. She also recommended the best place to purchase the tile for the house. The title company was in Dallas, so she arranged for an independent courtesy closer to meet us in Katy. Robyn has both a JD/MBA, which I believe helps her to make the best deal for her buyers and sellers. She has an excellent knowledge of the Houston area, not just Katy.
