Ms. Martinez was nothing short of perfect in our recent real estate transaction. We listed our mother's CO home with her as part of closing out her Estate as she could no longer live on her own. My brother and I live in CA and WA, and Ms. Martinez went above and beyond what we would have expected from any Realtor to see that this entire process went smoothly. She took time out to assure the Estate Sale (which we had contracted through another agency not associated with Keller-Willimas) went smoothly and her presence there before, during and after the sale itself was imperative as she made herself available to answer potential buyers' questions regarding our mother's home. Ms. Martinez also saw to it that Mom's home was secure for the duration of the listing as none of us were in state at the time. Whenever we had a question, Ms. Martinez returned our calls with thorough answers immediately or within 24 hours - even on the weekends. She also proved thoroughly skilled in communicating with our lawyer, as we had what seemed like endless forms to muddle through. She had a friend do construction on our house before we closed for the buyer and didn't think it was important to tell us that. After showings our house was left wide open and got reports the front door was open for days. In the end the buyer got the deal they wanted and she got paid for for putting a sign on our front lawn.
