Daniel over-exceeded all expectations that I had when I first contacted him to put my condo for sale. I thought that it'd take several months to sell it considering that this condo is located Miami-Dade County, where property values are still under duress. It only took him six weeks! He dealt with a lot of challenging conditions: Condo was rented out and its market value was barely enough to cover the mortgage and some of the expenses associated with the sale.
