My wife and I recently moved to Fayetteville, NC a place neither one of us knew much about besides research we (my wife) had done online. Prior to our arrival we had set up several showings for our second day in town a must because we would be living in a hotel (with two small children) until we found a home. Besides having the showings set up ahead of time Kimela and Jamie (her partner) were already aware of what we wanted in a home to include the district and were able to find a couple additional homes we had not yet seen online (one of those homes is where we now reside!). From start to finish, i.e. the entire home buying process both Kimela and Jamie were there every step of the way many times going above and beyond what I expected from an agent. I was able to call them whenever I had a question and if they didn't know the answer they always and I mean always followed up with a good answer. For experienced and new home buyers if you want an agent you can trust and depend on then give these two a shot. Their knowledge of the area goes far beyond what homes are for sale as they have both lived in the area for a long time therefor they know Fayetteville and the surrounding area's intimately. After my husband got back from deployment in November we began seriously looking for a house after living in several apartments in the Fayetteville area. We had been searching for a while in Raeford and were getting overwhelmed. After one meeting with Kimela and Jamey we had put in an offer for a house and were moved in the weekend of Christmas.They walked us through the whole process and were so helpful. Whenever we needed them they were there and if they missed your call would always get back to you in a very timely manner. They make you feel like family each time you see them, they have wonderful personalities and are excellent at their jobs. Kimela and Jayme are the most professional and knowledgeable agents around! They have a great sense of humor and make the selling/buying experience less stressful. We met Kimela about this time last year when we saw her number on a sign in front of a house that we wanted to look at. She jetted right over and showed it to us. She is so sweet and has a wonderful sense of humor we hit it of right off the bat. We know that she was the realter we wanted. She gave an honest opinion of a house. She is not pushie. We hate pushie sales people. We finally found the house of our dreams. Even after we found the house she kept working with us till the end. She is NOT afraid to ask the builders/owner any question. In my case haveing a gas stove where there was no gas. She asked and we now have a GREAT gas stove. You would think that after closing you wouldn't see her anymore. Not true she calls from time to time to see how we are doing and how we are liking the house. I can't express how great she is at her job. I'm so happy to have met her.
