I was pretty nervous starting the process of buying a house, I knew nothing about real estate. Chase immediately put me at ease, he has very strong communication skills. When I felt overwhelmed with paperwork he was able to clearly and concisely explain what it was I was signing. I never felt pressured, Chase always seemed more concerned with getting us a home that we wanted and not just closing a deal. When we found a house and had it inspected he made sure that I wasn't having second thoughts rather than push us to close. Chase was always prompt when responding to my calls and emails and he made sure that the loan and escrow companies responded in a timely manner.
