Rick is very professional and I highly recommend. I live out of state and Rick worked with me and my niece that lives in ga and found a great deal on a 2nd home for me.The process to buy a home is long and a lot of paper work. Rick helped me through the process , any questions i had he answered. He went to the home inspection i had done on the home called me and let me know how it went. I had a issue with mortgage company ,foregot to make deductions on closing cost and i was not present for the closing. So Rick made sure everything was deducted and i got the money back at closing.
