We were exploring the possibility of buying a condo in the area, and found Jen to be extremely helpful. She took us around and explained the personalities of the various neighborhoods. She knew that we were just in the exploring stages, and even though we might not ever pan out as a buyer, Jen was insightful and all around enjoyable to be with.

Gave me inaccurate information, made it so I lost the opportunity to get the house I wanted. Took me to really bad neighborhoods when one of my main objectives was to find a safe neighborhood, her local knowledge seemed to suck. I found another agent.
