The experience was not too bad, more communication is often needed between agent, and even sometimes the bank. I know sometimes agent and client does not see eye to eye and open and honest opinion is always appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Angela was simply amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local area we are looking at, gave us many suggestions and advises. She kept us in the loop as we went through the long process of waiting for a short-sale property, and did not hesitated one bit when we decided to give up on the short-sale for another property. She and her team have made us feel comfortable and at ease the entire time.

I recently used the Rick Thompson team to purchase a new home and then to rent out my old home. Our agent Chris took the time to show us any property we wanted to see and had great insight into each home and what it should be sold for compared to what it was listed at along with how much any repairs would cost that would be needed. We are very pleased at the home we purchased. With regards to renting out our other property we are pleased that it is being rented currently and look forward to having them manage the property for us so I can focus my time on my practice and family. I wanted to make an appointment to setup time to see the townhome he was representing. He seems to have an attitude. Wants you to come to his office and fill an application before he will set-up time with you for the showing. Insists on running a credit report and back-ground check on you before he is willing to show you the property. Sure his call. But I am sure he did dis-service to his client as he turned away a renter with excellent credit and to himself who would soon be buying a property in this area. Very disappointed with this agent overall. At the beginning he said he was not familiar with the area we were searching for, but after 6 months he never took the time to build his knowledge of the area and share the information with us. He was very shady when being a liason between the Attorney, selling agent, and loan personnel. I did not feel he was telling us the truth most of the time. Being a first time homebuyer, we needed a lot of help with how things worked, but spent 98% of the time figuring it all out ourselves rather than the agent assisting us.
