We could not be happier! Steve and Christina are wonderful to work with. We had been referred to a different Realtor and he was not helping us. It took several days to get someone to call me back. We made an appointment and looked at several houses from a list of houses I'd seen on-line. I made of a list of must haves and have nots. I would go through neighborhoods looking at homes and ask about it and the answer was generally that wasn't a house I wanted. I never got a call back with a list of houses to go see after the first list I'd sent in.

Rather than finding an agent via "a friend of a friend", I searched Zillow for the top 3 most highly reviewed agents that worked in my area. I sent a message to those 3, asking 1) about their fees & commissions and 2) if they required a buyer's agreement (I avoid them until I'm ready to make an offer on the house). Only two of the three responded. The Brown Team was the only one that contacted me by both email and phone. I also choose them because I was getting a team of 3 rather than just one individual.
