I am an out-of-state investor for my rental home in Syracuse, Utah. I interviewed Bill on the phone prior to flying into Salt Lake to meet him in person and I was favorably impressed. Although I was a little skeptical when he told me, very assuredly, that he would be able to sell my home within 3 months. I half believed him due to our current difficult real estate climate. Well, in fact, the house closed escrow within 10 weeks!! and this included almost 4 weeks of minor repairs & maintenance after the old tenant moved out, which Bill helped to coordinate remotely since I was in California. The home we are currently in the process of buying is our first home so my husband and I are new to the world of purchasing a home. Words can not describe how helpful and kind Bill has been through this entire process, from the initial phone call of interest to where we are today. My husband and I just moved to the area because of his military orders to Hill AFB, but Bill really taught us a lot about the entire area-even history! We could not have asked for better guidance. Our mortgage company, however, is the complete opposite. Our contract had to be extended due to mistakes on their part. As a result of this, Bill has kept us in the loop and constantly kept in contact with the mortgage company to see what was going on or if he could get the ball rolling faster. We still aren't closed but just the other day the mortgage company dropped another ball saying we needed to have a pest inspection before we closed, which was their responsibility. However, Bill took it upon himself to immediately contact a Pest Inspector and get him to the home within an hour and email the results that evening (late, too!) to the mortgage company. We also know that he is genuinely concerned about us living in our hotel for almost 2 months now, and his kind words help every time we talk to him.
