Short sale is a complicated process, but Heidi was completely knowledgeable and the transaction moved along very quickly. Heidi was always available to answer questions and responded to calls/email quickly. Would absolutely recommend her services as a realtor.

Heidi and Michael Winston are the best. I have bought and sold over a dozen houses in the past 30 years and worked with many excellent brokers, but none as good as these two. They are totally professional, responsive, give personal attention to your transaction, and basically are really nice people. They also get the job done in a very difficult market.

She took to look at about 25 homes in 3 days and then on the fourth day she says " I think I have a good idea of what you really looking for !" so we went and looked at the home and got a tour of the house and I says to Heidi and my wife " I don't know about you but I'm done looking" I think that it took about 60 days to close on a short sale home. she also made suggestion on some services that we might be interested in, she also made the suggestion of home repair insurance, and boy are we glad that we got it as there were things that went out, that wasn't discovered under the inspection but,was covered under the insurance. I live in Chicago, Illinois and Heidi was recommended to me by my local Remax agent when I wanted to buy in Las Vegas, NV. We exchanged e-mails & phone numbers online. I picked a lot of places out myself online & sent them to Heidi. She sifted through them and went out to check some herself for me. We flew out & looked around, but didn't find what we wanted. We did, however, pick Sun City Sumerlin as the area we like the most. I found a condo located right across from one of the 5 pools on an online site. Heidi went out to check it out for me, saving a whole trip there. It was a short-sale and Heidi helped me bid on it without ever even seeing it. I trusted her judgement & everything turned out great. We saw it on our next trip there & it was just as she described & what we wanted. The short sale did take about 6 months, but Heidi kept me informed and was diligent in persuing the bank & lender to keep the ball rolling. She was nice, smart, professional & fun.
