Greg has done a great job for us. He understood the local market well enough to accurately price our house. We received an under priced offer four days after we listed, and was able to negotiate it to exactly where we needed. He is now helping us purchase a new home, and is great about his communication with the builder. He even helped us negotiate some additional closing cost help from the builder. We have been very pleased with our experience.
