For example, she drafted the contract on Mother?s Day and drafted the response to the inspection with me at midnight since I had a work event that had gone late that night. She was always available day and night by cell, email, and text. She is a tireless advocate and master negotiator. The house I bought had asbestos contamination and needed repairs. We were looking for help in either buying a condo or renting an apartment in or near downtown Pittsburgh. Lourdes helped us on both fronts, showing us both ownership and rental opportunities. With her help we were successful in finding exactly the type of housing we were looking for. She was determined, resourceful and attentive to our needs in this search. I bought a house through her and I've looked at many houses over approximately a year period and she was willing to show all of them and eager to find out information that I needed to know. She was very friendly and professional. One downside is that many of the places were found by me not by her and seems like her knowledge as far as buying the house was not at the expert level. However, overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend her.
