My experience with Rhiannon was poor. During one of the house tour, she was on her blackberry the entire time and did not take the time to understand my interest and what I am looking for. During negotiations for a home I put an offer for, she was not helpful at all. The home's sale price continue to decline as what I had predicted, while Rhiannon told me she did not think the price would go down at all.

Rhiannon is awesome and has a plethora of resources. She was able to help us not only w the closing of our new house, including finding an amazing mortgage guy, but also in the transition of our other home to lease purchase.
