Here was my process on picking an agent. First I talked to people that were both in and out of the business of Real Estate, well Marilyn was 7 out of 10 recommendations that I should use her. Next I wanted to see what she offered to market my property compared to two other Realtors, (Marilyn won) Next, I wanted to have a one on one with her at the home I was selling, once there I realized I didn't need to interview anyone else. Wow is all I can say. However, let me say that after about 60 days I realized I didn't just get Marilyn, I got an entire team of office people supporting her.
