Frank handled everything very professionally. We had absolutely no negative issues whatsoever. The attention Frank gave to us was superb. We travelled upwards of 45 miles of his "home base" and never felt that we were putting him out at all. I realize that many realtors prefer the easy and quick sale, but Frank never gave us the impression that he was look for an easy way out.

Frank help me through an incredibly difficult process. The sellers of the first property we looked at turned out to be.....well, let's just say, jack asses. They strung us along for 2 months before pulling their property off the market. That is their right, but they could have done that much sooner and been more respectful of the people that were looking to buy. Frank worked with us for about a year out of state. He was so patient and new what we wanted. He showed us homes in the location that we wanted. he came through with the perfect home for us.

Frank is an excellent agent. I recently retired from the Military and Frank analyzed my needs, budget, taste in homes, and what locations I was interested in.
