Wow! What can we say??? Robert Greenblatt is really good!! We started searching for a house in April of 2012. We called Robert because he was the realtor under a property we really liked but it was recently sold. We talked to him and he promised us that he would give us flawless service and put us on the right track on how the home ownership process would be. He said he would help find us our house if he started to work with him and he truly fulfilled his promise. The first meeting, he sat us down in his office and ran down the whole house hunting process to us in great detail. He broke down everything! 6 months later my wife and I were kind of sick of looking at houses as we saw at least 20. We were getting a little restless and frustrated (and I?m sure Robert was too haha) but Robert was so patient and determined to find us a house. We came across one we really like in September and we decided to move forward with an inspection. He was very thorough with explaining the 3 day & 10 day rules in regards to the inspection paperwork we were signing and we appreciated that.
