As I refer to the short sale of my home, I am including Jim's staff members (Chad and Megan Wilson) as well, as they were also very instrumental in the process of my home sale. I can't say enough great things about the way I was treated, the honesty in the process of selling a home via short sale, and the issues that go along with that. The "red tape" and other hurdles were never a barrier for Jim and his team during the last 2 years I've been trying to sell my house. From the moment we had a buyer to the closing date was about 3-3.5 months, but they all stayed in contact with me and kept me in the loop with the additional needs and supporting paperwork that was needed for a short sale. I was very anxious and embarassed of the fact that a short sale was what was needed, but NEVER did I feel any less of a customer than someone selling a million dollar home. There were times I wanted to give up and just settle for a foreclosure, and they kept fighting for me. They ALWAYS made me feel good about the sale and were extremely supportive of the entire process. We ended our relationship with "hugs" (and some tears on my part-HAPPY tears of relief) and smiles. I will continue to recommend the Ronding Team @ Remax in Superior for ANY PERSON who asks me for a reccommendation (buyer or seller). Jim and his team were able to sell our house in a record time. His staff was amazing!! Megan was personable, and professional. She got the job done. They all made the stressful process so easy. Having gone through this process a number of times, my husband and I have not always had good experiences. This team, is #1 in our book and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell, or purchase a home in Minnesota, or Wisconsin.

I have nothing good to say about Jim Ronding - the service he provides is merely one of availability in the area (I listed a home with him). There was no personal interaction outside of the superficial nicety. He offered me an unreasonable rate for selling the property and wouldn't negotiate because of his own personal expenses. I'm going to sell my home without him and I strongly suggest any one else do the same. Truthfully, I'd rather give me home away than sell it to buy Jim another car or another 'investment' property. There is no ethical reason why people should hold properties and gain interest on them. Less

While living out of state and needing to sell my Aunt's home I contacted Jim Ronding. Jim and his team, Megan and Chris were extremely helpful in setting up the the sale. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They answered all of my questions and concerns, even went out of their way to help get things done that did not come under our contract.
