Yvonnca showed up late to the showings. After showing us the second house, she asked for earnest money so that we could get moving on the offer and that was the last thing we heard for almost a week. She left us hanging with absolutely no updates on the status of our offer, even after the contract expired. I read on the web an offer had been accepted and still no updates. Yvonnca was personable but I definitely felt as if she were too busy to negotiate anything. I can't recommend her as have no idea if she actually made any effort to help us get our first home. Yvonnca was great! Buying a house is a daunting task and Yvonnca was definitely there through the whole process to answer our questions and help get everything completed. Before we talked to Yvonnca we had looked at several houses and didn't find anything we liked. We called Yvonnca based on her zillow recommendations and we actually made an offer and purchased the first house that she suggested (we looked at two, the first was our suggestion). She has a great knowledge of the area as well as experience with pricing and we think we were able to get a great deal with her help. She also had recommendations for finance companies, inspectors, everything that we needed to make a smooth purchase. She helped us find the most amazing home. August 12th, 2011 When we started out on our search for a home, we knew very little of how the process worked. We didn't realize that choosing the right real estate agent is just as important as choosing the right home. So, doing what any inexperienced home-buyer would do, we chose the first agent we saw on a popular real estate search engine. This could have gone very badly for us, as there are agents out there that do not put the best interests of their client first and fore-most. Someone must have been looking out for us, because we found a truly great agent and friend in Yvonnca. She was there for us every step of the way, through the home search, inspections, loan and title dealings, etc. Time and again she proved that she was on our side and no one elses -making sure we got the best deals even when it didn't benefit her. Unlike some agents, not once did she push us towards a home that was above our budget or even push us towards our agreed upon "top budget" during the home search.
