Cathy helped my husband and I to rent a house in Coats NC we had know idea where to start. Cathy took over and with in know time she was showing our house and tenants were moving in. Cathy had people that she has worked with in the past that could help from the mortgage, all the way through the inspections. At the time that I was purchasing my new home, I was also selling my other home. Cathy gave me a name of another agent, and he turned out to be perfect for our needs. When I spoke with him, he informed me that Cathy interviewed him as if he were selling her home, I mean, who does this, but she did for us!
