Chris goes the extra mile to sell your house. As a prospective buyer, I wanted to visit the property more than three times for the house inspection. Chris was very accommodating to arrange visits on short notice. Unfortunately, the house failed inspection but my escrow check was refunded. As a buyers agent, Chris proved very professional and patient.

We selected Chris because he was rated very highly. He lived up to his rating by impressing us with his knowledge of local real estate market, by being organized and punctual, and by his warm professional way.

Early in the process, prior to any showings, he discussed getting pre-approved in order to just see a house. If the home were in an exclusive or poor area (one extreme or the other), I may understand but for your middle class properties, I found that very insulting and chose to go with another realtor.
