Ashley went "above and beyond" in helping my wife & I find our first home.

We purchased our first home in 2009 and we were very picky about what we wanted. Ashley made sure that we got the home and the land that we were looking for that was perfect for starting a family. Anytime we come across someone looking for a real estate agent, we most certainly recommend her. We appreciate all the hard work that she put into searching for our dream, starter home.

We were very pleased with our experience with Ashley. She was a great communicator and very persistent. She has a great, open personality and really listens to your needs. She wouldn't let us give up when we got discouraged. Ashley worked almost daily to find homes that not only met our price range, but also had the attributes that we were looking for. She knew a lot about the areas of Winston-Salem we were interested in which helped in narrowing down the right part of town. I was overjoyed when she found our home and pushed us to go take a look. We were searching for our first home and were extremely uneducated on how the "house hunt" process worked. Unfortunately, we started our search by calling the number on a "for sale" sign of a DIFFERENT realtor before we contated Ashley. The realtor was pushy, judgmental, and extremely unavailable. Luckily, we got in touch with Ashley! If it wasn't for her we would have never found the home we purchased! If we found a home we wanted to look at, while out rding around, she would have the keys and be showing it to us within the hour [this is WITHOUT any notice]. That was one of the greatest characteristics we loved in her! She treated us like we were her ONLY client; top priority. After 6 months of searching and no luck, due to our low price range, ASHLEY found the home that we purchased. She worked vigorously to determine how to get in touch with someone about making an offer (the home was not on the market and the company that built it had filed bankrupcy and was no longer in operation... so they had no employees). She found us a brand new home, greater then imaginable, at a fraction of the cost! She is simply amazing and the only realtor we will use in the future! We recommended her to our close friends and they purchased a home through her as well! She researched time after time the market with our specific specifications which included square footage, detail, location and price. She made endless efforts to assure us her loyalty and commitment. Her timing and personal pleasure was excellent. She made us feel comfortable and was very open for suggestions that we might have had. ashley was very helpful in finding exactly what i was looking for and kepted me informed with the status of everything!

Needed an agent that would be very honest and helpful to us, as we were first time home buyers. She jumped right in and showed us any and all houses that we were interested in, gave us amazing advice and information that we knew nothing about. She also answered every single question (there were so many, too!!) very quick and if she wasn't sure about the answer, she found it out and got back to us the same day that we asked her!!! Ashley is such a professional, however, she is NOT one of these agents that act like they are in a hurry and don't have time to be bothered with you. She was there for us at each and every turn. She has even helped us with things after we purchased the house. If we had a question dealing with the house today, all I would have to do is call her and she would be there for us. We would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs an agent, whether they are buying or selling! If, in the future, we decide to sell ours, Ashley WILL be our agent, no doubt about it! Less
