My wife and I are expecting a baby in Aug and started searching for a new home around Oct of last year with Cindy. We were hoping to be in a home by the end of the year but in the current market that wasn't easy, especially trying to meet all the specs that my wife and I were looking for. Due to our schedules Sunday was our only day to look so she spent several of her Sundays looking with us until we found the prefect place, she would always come with more suggestions or places we may have looked over. After doing our 2011 income taxes we realized that we had to buy a home and renting was no longer as economical as we thought. We wanted to find our final and last home that we would plan to spend the rest of our lives in. We contacted Cindy and within five weeks she helped us find the home, close and move in--and that included us being undecided between two houses and we had earnest money on both. She knew the area we desired and understood the type of house we wanted. During the whole process while we waited on the banks she checked on us and set us up with an inspector that had us on his calendar four days later.
