Good understanding of local market, projections etc even for interior pockets. 5. Appraisal came exactly what she predicted. 6. Negotiated various items to be paid by the seller e.g. warranty, HOA transfer etc 7. A very pleasing and smart personality, yes it matters to lift up the mood of your customers. 8. Even after closing, her responses were equally prompt formy query be it utility information or communicating with previous owners for some information. 9. From the first meeting to sale Jen was able to provide me with realistic expectations so I could price my home for a quick sale. I was relocating from the east coast knowing next to nothing about Arizona and even less about buying a home. This was my first time going through the home buying process, I had heard tons of horror stories...but I have to admit, not one of them came true! Jennifer recommended an excellent Mortgage Broker, I was pre-approved for a mortgage in less than 24 hours... so I knew the price range in which to search for my new home.
