My experience with Kim was excellent. There were a number of snags and problems with the transaction and the previous owner (it was a short sale) but these problems had nothing to do with Kim. She did absolutely the best she could to get this deal finished. She was also extremely helpful in helping to get a painter etc. for some issues that the house had that needed to be dealt with quickly. All good and I recommend Kim without reservation.
