I did not end of working with Mr. McCaw. He stopped answering my emails after one or two emails. He asked what types of homes, price, etc. I was looking for and said he would email me information about houses that meet/met those criteria. I sent him the information and a follow up email but did not receive a response [and YES I CHECKED MY SPAM FOLDER].

We met Al, by chance. We had been receiving listing informatino from another Realtor for several months, while we were awaiting the sale of our home. When we planned a trip to Vegas, we called her to schedule an appointment. She didn't answer, nor did she return our calls.As we were driving to Vegas, my wife googeled Las Vegas Realtors, and Al's name came up. We called him, told hilm we were about 2 hours away, and he agreed to meet us at our hotel upon our arrival. He then spent the balance of that day and the majority of the following day showing us homes. Having been both a Mortgage Lender and a Real estate agent, I was familiar with the process. We met Al through zillow by chance and we were very lucky with that as he was very helpful to us as first time buyers. He was very responsive and very knowledgable about the local area. We first were expecting to rent, but we ended up buying instead after learning about how much we'd be saving. He was also very helpful when we ran into a problem with our builder as he squashed it almost immediately. The builder was trying to get out of providing a kitchen island for our house. When I told him about this he was on them and they ended up throwing in the island after all. This saved us $1000 and it didn't take him long at all. I felt he really was there for us and was looking out for our best interest and what was important to us. I definatley recommend him based on our awesome experience with him. A+++!!!!!! Less

Al is not only the one of the finest realtors I have worked with over the years but just a fine person with excellent knowledge, integrity and a keen sense of humor. We were so happy and satisfied with his assistance in buying the first property in Las Vegas in September. And we are buying more properties through him now. As a Chinese Canadian investor, it was my first time to do the home hunting in Las Vegas this September. Before I went to see the property, Al was very patient to answer all of my questions about it and about the city as well as its real estate market there. By the time I arrived, he offered me a ride from the airport (and more other times for me and my business partner). Al was a very knowledgeable agent and an excellent communicator. I really do recommend someone as honest and as commendable as him. Al has been in the business for a long time and it shows when you're speaking with him on these matters. I feel that I was really able to get a good grasp of what real estate was about when I spoke with him. He's a great real estate agent and also a great guy to just hang around and sip coffee with. I bought a big house in Vegas, I like it so much. it is a beautiful house with good view outside. I bought it in lower price.
